1. The service

QRify is a free online tool for creating static QR codes. No account is needed. The codes are generated in your browser and contain your data directly, so they keep working independently of QRify.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features of the website at any time. Because codes do not depend on our servers, this does not affect codes you have already created.

2. Your QR codes

You own the QR codes you create and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, without attribution and without a watermark.

You are solely responsible for the content you encode and for the materials you print or publish. Before distributing a code, check that it scans correctly and points to the right destination.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use QRify to:

• create codes that lead to phishing, malware, fraud or other deceptive or illegal content;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
• interfere with the website, for example by automated mass requests, scraping or attempts to bypass security measures.

4. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text and software are protected by copyright and belong to QRify or its licensors. Logos you upload remain yours; they are processed only in your browser.

Other brand names and icons shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Advertising, cookies and privacy

The service is funded by advertising. Third-party ads and links to other websites are the responsibility of their providers. Information about the cookies and local storage we use, and about your consent choices, is available in our Privacy Policy.

6. No warranty

QRify is provided free of charge “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to generate correct, standards-compliant codes, but we cannot guarantee that every code will scan on every device, or that the website will always be available or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, QRify is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or costs arising from printed materials, including reprints caused by codes that do not scan as expected.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If you use the website as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
